Will def look back into it as I keep hearing good things about it. Have been busy and just been doing quick fixes here and there, also have moved to a new host. When it is sufficiently complete I will release it and continue adding features to it. I hope to get cracking on the web interface next week. A Docker container for easy deployments is coming too. It can be controlled by the bot to do new things such as changing its connection info to 7 Days and to the IRC server. I also have a new modded Mudlet with better support for IRC and no need to hex edit anything. The bot can co-exist with CBSM now and I'm adding detection of Server Tools and others so the bot doesn't react wrongly if another manager or tool does something that isn't reported in telnet. Fixing issues, adding more customisations and the web interface are ahead of that. The Windows build isn't my top priority at the moment. It's name was explicitly chosen to make sure other server managers are not hijacking its functionality and present it as their own, but it can be used by any server manager. It's in no way affiliated with Catalysm's Server Manager and Monitor. ![]() Notes: CSMM Patron's Mod (CPM) is an API mod that is free for anyone, who wants to use. They allow to manage most aspects of the server This fixed ALL of my lag issues, may fix yours and I am currently capable of running the game at 1080P over 60FPS Happily with no more frustrating lag spikes near large bodies of water. The Linux Server Management scripts aim to provide a full management tool set for a Linux based 7 Days to Die server. Turn it up to 6, Load the game again, go see if you experience lag and if not, up it some more until you're happy with where you're at. (Not changable in a loaded game) This does not affect what you see in the background for cities and you can still see Zombies etc from a reasonable distance and this may vary per graphics card/CPU setup but turn it down to 5 and then load the game. Go to options, Video, turn your View Distance down. Even on the lowest settings, with V-Sync enabled I would drop from over 60FPS to less than 20 when I came across large bodies of water. I was extremely frustrated with searching for a fix for this game because I could honestly NOT find any fixes. The problem is Optimization and the lack thereof in Unity based games with very high View Distance. I've been searching everywhere, people even with upto GTX 1080's and far better CPU's have been experiencing lag and I just remembered one other Unity based game that looked similar and had the same problem Starforge. It is fun however, it had some serious lag issues. Just bought and started playing this game recently.
